Can I see the CRM before choosing a package?

Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can move between packages as your team size changes. Upgrade charges are prorated, and any downgrade takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Are there any setup fees or lock-in contracts?
No setup fees and no lock-in contracts. You can cancel any time, and we make it straightforward to export your data if needed.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans include a 20% discount, and you can switch when you are ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Larger brokerage groups can also pay by invoice on standard terms.

How does the NDA automation work?
When a buyer enquires on one of your listings, the system can automatically send a confidentiality agreement by email, route it through e-signature, and follow up until it is completed. Once signed, the next information pack can be released automatically and your team is notified.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. We offer free migration from spreadsheets, other CRMs, and existing systems. Our team will help map your data and support a smoother transition.
How does portal syndication work?
You create the listing once in Business Broker CRM with the core details, photos, and documents, then publish it across supported portals. Updates are managed from one place, and enquiries from those portals come back into the CRM for centralised handling.
Can I generate vendor reports automatically?
Yes. Vendor reporting creates branded updates showing listing activity such as enquiries, inspections, buyer feedback, and campaign progress. Reports can be generated when needed or scheduled as part of your regular vendor communication.
Does the CRM work on mobile?
Yes. Business Broker CRM is responsive and works across devices, so brokers can review listings, respond to enquiries, and manage deal activity while away from the office.

Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export all your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF). We believe your data belongs to you, and we make it easy to take it with you if you ever decide to leave.
How do you handle confidential business information?
We take confidentiality seriously. The secure dataroom is designed to help brokers share sensitive documents with tracked access, so you can monitor who viewed what and when, while using controls such as watermarking and expiring links.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?
We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours on Australian business days. Priority support customers typically receive faster responses.
