Can I see the CRM before choosing a package?

Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Are there any setup fees or lock-in contracts?
No setup fees and no lock-in contracts. We believe if we're not earning your business every month, we don't deserve it. You can cancel anytime, and we make it easy to export your data.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans come with a 20% discount. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with standard payment terms.

How does the NDA automation work?
When a buyer enquires on any of your listings, our system automatically sends them a confidentiality agreement (NDA) via email. We integrate with e-signature providers like DocuSign for electronic signing. Once signed, the system automatically releases the information memorandum and notifies you. Automatic follow-up reminders are sent to buyers who haven't completed the process.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes! We offer free data migration from spreadsheets, other CRMs, and existing systems. Our team will help you map your data and ensure a smooth transition. Most migrations are completed within a few days.
How does portal syndication work?
You create a listing once in Business Broker CRM with all the details, photos, and documents. Then with a single click, you can publish that listing to multiple portals simultaneously. Changes sync automatically—update once, update everywhere. Enquiries from all portals flow back into your CRM for centralised management.
Can I generate vendor reports automatically?
Yes! Our vendor reporting feature generates professional, branded reports showing all activity on a listing—enquiries received, inspections conducted, buyer feedback, and market insights. You can schedule these to send automatically or generate them on-demand.
Does the CRM work on mobile?
Yes, Business Broker CRM is fully responsive and works on any device. Access your listings, respond to enquiries, and manage deals from your phone or tablet when you're out of the office.

How do you handle confidential business information?
We take confidentiality seriously. Our secure data room allows you to share sensitive documents with tracked access—you can see who viewed what and when. Documents can be watermarked with the viewer's name, and access links can be set to expire automatically.
